Founded in 2018, dan modern chinese has cultivated a loyal following of foodies who flock to its restaurants for traditional xiao long bao (dumplings - pictured above) and fresh noodles made by hand in the Chinese tradition. Complimented by a selection of iconic Chinese classics like three cup chicken, street food-inspired dan mein noodles, wok-fried rice and local cult favorite scallion pancakes, the menu features a diverse range of Chinese flavors with a modern twist. Carefully sourced ingredients including farm-fresh produce and the finest quality, all-natural meats are meticulously prepared in the restaurants’ open kitchen settings.
